DOES THE POPCORN CELLAR­­™ ACCEPT DONATION REQUESTS?

The Popcorn Cellar is very committed to giving back to the communities in which we serve. Please visit our store for examples of these partnerships and pick up information on how to request a donation for your organization.

Ordering

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

Call immediately after your transaction to get best results. If you have placed your order after 6 pm please email us directly at info@popcorncellar.com notifying us about the mishap. We will try our best to fix it for you, if you don't call the same day we are not responsible for any shipping errors.

DO YOU HAVE AN 800 NUMBER I CAN USE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes. Please call our toll-free number at (800) 840-2680.  We are available seven days a week between the hours of 11AM – 8PM (EST).

WHAT CAN DELAY MY ORDER?

Legal holidays, inclement weather and unexpected circumstances could delay order processing. 

PROMOTION CODE INFORMATION

If you would like to apply a promotion code, please use it during the checkout process. The promotion is valid on purchases through the date listed in the promotion. Most online promotions are not valid in The Popcorn Cellar store and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, and are VOID if altered, reproduced or unauthorized. Not redeemable for cash or credit.

IS THE WEBSITE SECURE?

Yes. The Popcorn Cellar uses Commerce SSL solution to protect our customers' credit card number and other confidential information.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

We will automatically send you an e-mail confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid e-mail address. You will also receive a tracking number via e-mail once FedEx has picked up the shipment. To ensure that you receive all of our emails, please add info@popcorncellar.com to your address book or trusted sender list.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU GENERALLY SERVE WITH A 1 GALLON BAG?

A 1 gallon bag contains approximately 18 dry measuring cups and will generally serve a group of about 9 people, assuming each person gets an equal amount of 2 cups.

THE CHICAGO AND NAPLES MIX COMBINES SHARP YELLOW CHEDDAR OR WHITE CHEDDAR WITH CARAMEL SWIRL POPCORNS. DO YOU MIX ANY OTHER FLAVORS?

Generally speaking, we only mix these two combos. However we do sell multiple flavors in bags. We encourage you to get creative and do a little mixing at home and share your combos so that we can share with the world! 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You may receive up to date information about your order via the FedEx Website using the tracking number you received from FedEx in an email.


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

You may change or cancel an order up until 8PM (EST) on the day you placed your order. Please call (800) 840-2680.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our shipments of popcorn in Naples will be availible as follows: Domestic orders placed today are scheduled to ship within 48 hours. Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment.
For example, an order placed on Friday for Next Day Air delivery is scheduled to ship on Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday.

 

Ground shipping delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date (weekdays only), select 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping.

 

Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only, holidays excluded.

DO YOU SHIP ON SATURDAY?

Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only (holidays excluded).

DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA & HAWAII?

Yes, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent 2nd day air. Please allow 2-3 business days; additional shipping fees apply.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?

Yes. We love that you are giving this to someone so every time you select an item you be prompted to write a message. There you will have the option to add your message and who's it from!

 

All gift messages will be printed on a 3" x 5" The Popcorn Cellar card.

CAN I SEND TO A P.O. BOX, A.P.O. OR F.P.O.?

FedEX requires a physical address and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

WILL FEDEX OR THE POPCORN CELLAR™ CALL BEFORE DELIVERING THE PACKAGE?

No. We strongly advise you to make the recipient aware of your purchase.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE?

If you believe there is a strong possibility that the recipient might not be at home when FedEX attempts delivery, you should consider shipping to a work address. This will reduce the odds that FedEx will have to reattempt delivery and decrease the amount of time before your popcorn in naples will be enjoyed. We ship all orders without requiring a signature for release; if no one is available to sign, FedEX will leave your order at the door without requiring a signature. However, we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery. If you're sending a gift, please notify the recipient that a perishable package will be arriving. The Popcorn Cellar cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.

CAN I SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS?

Due to import & FedEx restrictions we are currently unable to offer shipping to other international locations outside of the United States.

WHAT ARE YOUR U.S. SHIPPING RATES?

Your rate will be shown in your shopping cart after entering your zip code.

WHERE CAN I FIND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR POPCORN?


Currently information is available upon request by emailing us at info@popcorncellar.com. In the future we will be printing nutritional information on the package.

I HAVE A NUT ALLERGY, IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC INFORMATION I SHOULD REVIEW PRIOR TO ORDERING?

There are no nuts in our facility, nor do we plan to include nuts in our popcorn anytime soon.

WHAT IS THE POPCORN IN NAPLES POPCORN CELLAR™ GUARANTEE?

We guarantee your order from The Popcorn Cellar™ will arrive fresh and delicious. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 840-2680 for assistance.

HOW DO I KEEP MY POPCORN CELLAR™ POPCORN FRESH?

Because we use no preservatives we highly recommend that you eat your delicious The Popcorn Cellar™ popcorn as soon as possible or within 7-14 days of opening the heat sealed bag, they do have zip locks that help preserve longer but we do not guarantee past 7 day on cheese items and 14 for candy coated items.

Once opened, store your Popcorn in an air-tight container…away from sunlight, heat and humidity.

Please don’t refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave your The Popcorn Cellarpopcorn.

WHERE CAN GIFT CERTIFICATES BE USED?

Our traditional gift certificates are redeemable at our The Popcorn Cellar™ store in Naples, FL

CAN I RECEIVE MONEY BACK FROM GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Your Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. The balance on your Gift Certificate will reduce each time you make a purchase. 

WHAT IF I LOSE MY GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Protect your Gift Certificate like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged certificates will not be replaced.

CAN I SHIP GIFT CERTIFICATES? HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Yes, traditional gift certificates will be shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail at no cost to you. 

WILL MY GIFT CERTIFICATES EVER LOSE VALUE OR EXPIRE?

Each gift certificate has a 1 year lifespan
